To become a member of the RSCDS Twin Cities Branch, please print this form, fill it out, and submit it to the branch treasurer, Theresa Livingston, along with a check for membership dues made out to RSCDS Twin Cities Branch. Please do not submit a check without a completed form accompanying it. You may mail the completed to Tom Harries at 10520 Beard Avenue S, Bloomington, MN 55431.

**Membership in the RSCDS Twin Cities Branch is currently open to individuals 16 years of age and older. The Young Dancers Mentorship Prorgam is available to younger children of branch members who are interested in learning Scottish country dancing. If you are interested in enrolling a child in this program, please see the policy in the files section of the Branch Yahoo Group Web Site and/or speak to any branch teacher or board member.
